Riendeau Sod Cabin Drawing, front
This fell out of a cookbook from my gram's attic. I believe Dorilla Riendeau drew it since a paper with Dorilla's stationary was with it, along with cut outs of recipes and a dried four leaf clover. This drawing is a fascinating detailed drawing of what it looked like inside the sod dwelling we know was located in Saskatchewan, Canada. The cabin belonged to Henry Riendeau. I would guess the photo to be circa 1900.
